With the ‘turnkey’ construction of Villa UMI 2, Agribeton is venturing into the construction of a single luxury residential property for the first time, seizing the opportunity to acquire the necessary know-how to enter this market segment in the future.
The villa, situated in the hills of Tuscany, comprises two buildings: the main building, spread over three levels – one of which is underground – and a second, smaller building, also intended for residential use. The property is completed by a 90 m² swimming pool.

The building blends into the Tuscan landscape, where architecture and nature interact harmoniously. The villa is designed to enhance its surroundings, with features that make the most of the views, natural light and the continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.

“The environment and the building are one and the same; planting trees in the ground surrounding the building takes on a new significance, as they become elements in harmony with the interior space in which we live.”
