The project
Client: Segafredo S.p.A.
Location: Rosà (TV)
Category: Restoration
Area: 2,500 m²
As part of the conservation restoration of Villa Segafredo, the historic building situated in Rosà in the province of Vicenza, Agribeton is carrying out a meticulous project covering both the structural elements of the residence and its interiors.
Palazzo Rinaldi has been designated a National Monument and is now Treviso’s second most important municipal building. The restoration work, which began in June 2010, was carried out in full compliance with the conservation restrictions imposed on the building, restoring one of the city’s most significant historic buildings to its former glory.

This project demonstrates Agribeton’s ability to tackle the complexities of high-quality restoration: working on a building of such historical and artistic significance requires specialised technical expertise, materials compatible with the original ones, and constant attention to the preservation of the authentic fabric.

The result is a building that has been restored to its former glory, with its state rooms – the Fresco Room and the Green Room – restored to their original splendour. This project demonstrates how the preservation of our historical heritage also makes a tangible contribution to the city’s identity and quality of life.
“Three things must be taken into account in every building; without them, no structure will be worthy of praise: utility or convenience, durability, and beauty.”
