Area: 10,000 m²
The construction of the Famila supermarket in Sottomarina, Chioggia, forms part of the urban regeneration of the former Batteria Penzo site. The aim is to restore an area that has fallen into disuse for the benefit of the local community and to create a link between the centre of Sottomarina and the nearby seaside resort.
The project also involves the construction of an underground car park with over 140 parking spaces, the building of a small separate block for recreational activities, the refurbishment of the road network in front of the development site, and the creation of green spaces equipped with sports pitches.

The project stands out for its high-quality construction and attention to detail, reflecting Agribeton’s long-standing tradition. The solutions adopted ensure functionality, durability and harmonious integration with the surrounding environment.

The project’s urban planning aspect is designed to enhance public spaces and improve the area’s accessibility. The regeneration helps to create a modern and liveable environment, striking a balance between commercial needs and quality of life.
