The project

Client: McArthurGlen Designer Outlets

Location: Marcianise (CE)

Category: Retail

Designer: Hydea S.p.A.

Area: 20,000 m²

La Reggia Outlet is situated 25 km from the centre of Naples and just 9 km from Caserta. The extension project, carried out by Agribeton, comprises almost 40 retail units and features architecture and décor inspired by local and neoclassical styles.

The Marcianise Outlet is Europe’s first eco-village, thanks to a solar panel system capable of generating 30 per cent of its energy requirements, saving hundreds of tonnes of carbon dioxide every year.

The construction of the shopping centre presented a significant logistical and operational challenge for Agribeton, which rose to the challenge and successfully completed the project within the agreed timeframe.

The project stands out for its high-quality construction and attention to detail, which enhance its neoclassical inspiration and its connection to local architectural tradition. Agribeton has successfully combined aesthetics and functionality, ensuring durable solutions that are in keeping with the surroundings.
