McArthurGlen commissioned Agribeton to carry out the refurbishment and extension of the Serravalle Scrivia Outlet in Piedmont. As the client needed the premises to be handed over very quickly, they knew they could rely on Agribeton. The company was, in fact, able to deliver the property on a ‘turnkey’ basis, fully in line with the agreed timetable.
We were particularly proud to have provided the client with an interior design service for well-known brands and to have created a fully furnished guest room.
The project stood out for the high quality of its finishes and its attention to detail, elements that reflect Agribeton’s long-standing tradition of construction. The integration of restoration work and new construction was handled with a sense of balance, enhancing the existing structure through advanced technical solutions.
